Edith Ruan

Qualified in both China and New York, Edith advises clients on commercial transactions across the infrastructure, banking and finance, and telecommunications sectors. She also has extensive experience in supporting Chinese and other foreign companies with their overseas projects.

In Cambodia, Edith has advised on the acquisition of an operating power plant, ADB/IFC infrastructure projects, the construction of new ports and airports, and high-profile M&A matters.
