Senior Partner Edwin Vanderbruggen joined representatives of international organizations, competent tax authorities, business representatives, academics, and policy makers at the 2025 MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedures) Day organized by the Tax Policy Center at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland).
The conference focused on the latest developments regarding global tax controversies across industry sectors, business models, and regions as well as wider developments affecting international tax disputes, such as the OECD/UN agenda, trade relations with key partners, and trade law ramifications.
