Andersen in Cambodia hosted a seminar on “Cross-Border Engineering Procurement and Construction Contracts: Practical Legal and Tax Strategies” at our Phnom Penh Office on August 25, 2023.
The seminar focused on practical aspects of VAT and withholding tax savings on construction contracts, how to amend international construction contracts to fit the Cambodian situation, key issues to watch for warranties and practical issues involving completion and guarantees.
