Andersen in Cambodia Participates in Legal Summit in Vietnam

On 26 September 2024, partner Mariza Ung (Andersen in Cambodia, a member firm of Andersen Global) and partner Daodeuane Duangdara (VDB Loi Laos, a collaborating firm of Andersen Global) were honored to join their colleagues from Andersen in Vietnam in participating in the ALB In-House Legal Summit 2024 held in Ho Chi Minh City. Among others, the discussion covered matters important to any cross-border deal, such as transfer pricing issues, and the expected impact of the implementation of Global Anti-Base Erosion (Pillar 2) principles and the global minimum tax regime in Vietnam.
